Camshaft help

I assemble my Ranger engine after a important check, and I would like to known the limit of wear of my camshaft. (see join picture)
I have the table of limits but I don't know how to calculate the wear.

'.001-.003 clearance on the journals for the housing and the bushing with a inservice limit of .006 for the bushing, none on the lobes. Lobs measure .005 lift, heal ends at 15 degrees before top center and begins at 65 degrees after bottom center for the intake, heal ends at 70 degees before bottom center and begins 30 degrees after top center for the exhaust.
