The Fairchild Model 24 aka Argus/UC-61 Forwarder or Fairchild Model 24 Argus, was designed by the Fairchild Aviation Corp. in the early 1930s. The US Army Air Corps called it the UC-61. Roughly 2000 civilian and 2000 military 24 series aircraft were produced through 1946. - 16 Topics

Kreider-Reisner Derived Aircraft
In 1929 the Kreider-Reisner Aircraft Co. was bought by the Fairchild Aircraft Co. Kreider-Reisner's C-4 became the Fairchild KR-34, the C-6 the Fairchild KR-21. The C-2 became the Fairchild KR-31.The C7 became the Fairchild 22. (per Wikipedia) - 1 Topics
