Spec Ranger Engine mount

I attaxhed a photo of the type of mount that we receieved from a donor here at Air Heritage Museumner.
NC 14749 had a Warner Engine, but now with his revision the aircraft there is a Ranger engine frame and mounts.
There are fou cyinders at each attach point that look hous like the would house the like vibration Lord Mounts, nut
he has those cylinders welded top and bottom what loooks like 1/8" thick washers? cannot determine f there are any
Vibration device in the picture. Any help on this would ne appreciated.
