'I am having to replace a couple of the 1" and all of the 3/4" oil lines due
to previous fretting on the engine mount by the look of it and many 'Bodged'
repairs.
The only drawing on the CD (48640) that shows the lines is not very clear
when it comes to the material specification.
Does anybody know the aluminium specification for these lines please? and
would it be worth fitting a remote oil filter - I personally am keen to fit
one but am very happy to hear other opinions. I was looking at an Airwolf
one that clamps to the engine mount like this
http://www.airwolf.com/images/Installations/NA_Rockwell_AT6D-5NJ-5_Front.jpg
but with a standard Champion filter. However there will be the small matter
of approval! - No 337s here in UK.
Many thanks
