'I don't have much information, but it is an old copy of some stuff that I
found at the FAA office many years ago (1974). It shows a 24R46 only a
175hp using a 86RB60 Sensenich. The C-61 & UC-61K with 200hp as using an
86AB54.
Looking at the numbers leave me with doubts. The prop for the 200hp motor
uses less geometric pitch and a 175 hp motor.
The document that I'm looking is a copy of Sensenich Corp, dated August
1955, No.203.

The civilian manual I have, doesn't show information about post war models
or anything with 200hp motors.
The Military manual doesn't help me when it come to HP numbers, but
according to it, the UC-61K uses a 86AB54 Sensenich prop.

'neil :

is important to specify the engine, check the maximun rpm,is ideal to have
the type certificate for your airplane and your engine but if this is not
possible,check the maximun

rpm given for the propeller operation.,more or less pitch with the
acceptable rpm from the prop manufacturer
is the main point.

'Has anyone looked at the aircraft Type Data Sheet? As I re-call that is
the controlling document as far as the FAA is concerned.
