'Does anyone have a part number (such as a NAPA number) for the fuel drain
(Fairchild part number AN771-2) used on each fuel tank on a PT-19/23/26.
Could also be same on an F-24.

Re: Fuel drains for PT-26
'Sorry Gene
I only have New Old Surplus Fuel Selctor Valves for
the F24.
Only thing I have for PT is a engine mount 1 PT-19 and
1 PT-23, Full instrument panels, Ranger Oil Cooler
(used) and Oil Cooler Inlet Duct.
Not Sure if they are the same, but I have a new set of
Ranger Cowling (olive drab and gray) from a UC-61K
(F24).

Re: Fuel drains for PT-26
'The quick drain on the 19, 23, 26 are all the same, tapered US pipe thread,
I have got them from A/C Spruce, but I forgot the size, I'll look it up .
Just got back from the Navy Air Museum at Pensacola Fl, Checked out the
Navy version of the PT19, a duramold Timm, 220 Continental, fixed gear,
tandem open cockpit trainer. Bob Haas
