Fairchild F24 Ranger CS Hartzell prop

Hi all,

The 2014 Sweepstakes Fairchild that was won by Marsha Fulton, was, according to the pictures I can find, equipped with a Hartzell CS prop.

Does anyone knows of this STC and if the Ranger can be indeed modified to support a CS prop?
