F24 exhaust fumes

Folks

I'm getting exhaust fumes in the cabin of my ranger engined UC61K. It has the 3 into 1 stacks also no boot on the tailwheel yet and flying with the ball in the middle. I remember before rebuild it was fine, even without the Tailwheel boot.

Any ideas out there as to where they might be comimg in?
