 I have a guy in California who needs a set of PT gear struts for his PT-26. If you know of any that are available, contact me.

The Navy plane that used the RANGER V-770 was a CURTISS  SEAMEW. They were float planes carried on ships and catapult launched. I don't think they were used on aircraft carriers. Another CURTISS plane similar to the Seamew was the SC-1 Seahawk. It had a Wright R-1820 -62 engine.
