Cylinder Assembly for Continental Engine

Post by John Ellis »

' Hello Fairchild Lister...   I got a lot of Ranger Engine parts from an old friends estate sale..    Included in this were two cylinders for a Continental Engine.  The cylinder, piston, piston pin, piston rings, valves, and rocker cover with gasket are assembled and wrapped in plastic..   The cylinder casting number is :    MFC   6674 or 8874 piston is Superior # 530348  std Cylinder bore is 4 1/16  ( I think, used dial caliper through holes in plastic )   If you can use, please send email with an offer..  I haven’t worked on a Continental  in last 25 years..   johnee35@att.net   Have a fun Day...    John'
