PT-19: Buy or make piano hinged parts for exhaust manifold cowl

'Dear list:

On a PT-19: There are 3 parts for the exhaust manifold cowl that connect
to the exhaust manifold via 2 hinge pins. Mine are beyond repair. They
are: 64117-8, 64119, and 64120. If someone has these parts in good
condition to sell, that would be very good. If not, making them is the
next alternative. The only difficult part of these is making the hinge.
I once heard mention on this list of tools used to make that hinge but
now can't find the message. Can anyone help me find this information?
