Cables - 1946 F24

Post by gilmoreredlion »

'Hi Group,

I have found the "Cable Chart" in Vol 6, 01-115CA (UC-61K) Erection & Maintenance, Pg 90, but I can't make out all the dimensions on the chart. Has anyone already figured out what the lengths should be and are they correct?

Thanks,
Mark'

'Hi Mark
I have a Cable Chart as well, Mine is from the same manual that I got direct from the Smithsonian a few years back. My manual is date 25 October 1944 but does not reference a Volume number
CAble info in my manual is found on page 82 Cable Chart figure 101. Beside Fire Wall Forward engine cables, I imagine the Cable runs for theWarner (UC-61A) and Ranger (UC-61K)airframes are the same?
I can send you a picture of my manual for comparison?

Thanks

'Hi,
This is what I have. Pencil marks are from me trying to figure out and understand what they say. This scanned copy makes it look much worse than it is.
Thanks for the help, Mark
