'Does anyone have drawings for the rotating stand for a Ranger or some photos that will enable me to copy it? I have to strip my engine after being stored for 12 years since rebuild. I think the correct stand will make it easier.
Also I found 4 cam cover studs pulled and 3 nuts only finger tight as well as cross wired mags which concerns me as to what went on inside all those years back. The shop (not the same one) have said if I strip it they will rebuild it and save me half the man hour cost. Can't do it under their supervision in their shop as there is a beaurocratic problem with their EASA approval.
Thanks all
Frank Cox'

Re: Ranger Engine Stand
'Frank,
See attached photos of engine stand. Karl Saenger in Switz fabricated this
one.
It does rotate. Hope this helps.

'Thank you Jack, John, and Jamie very much,
I think there is more than enough in those photos to be getting on with the job.
What a mine of information there is in this group. Thanks again
All best to all
