'There's a Variety Aircraft VGC10, 10.00" tail wheel hub for sale on ePay right now. That's the original style for the Fairchild 24 and PT series of airplanes. I have one and all you have to do is clean it, grease the bearings and go. Or, you can paint or polish the hub.
