but I have heard good things about their work.
I've got a question for you, Mike. Our first 2004 RAA chapter 4928 meeting is the first Tuesday in February
and will be held at the Swan Pub on the Rideau River beside Hurst Marina. We normally have a guest
speaker who may get up and say a few words about their project, their interest in aviation or some aviation
related thing that they do. Your Mustang would be a fine candidate for such a meeting. Would you consider
speaking at the event, please? It's a pretty casual affair and only about 30 minutes would be fine. Maybe
cover such events as why you picked this plane, where it came from and a few words on the engine.
The Club would be very interested to hear of your project as it is a very unique and ambitious one. We'd
be able to help with some audio visual stuff if you need it. TV, VCR, projection screen etc.
We have our last meeting for 2003 tonight and I'll mention that I had asked you. If you could get back to
me over the next several days on it, we'll be able to confirm your decision in the next newsletter.
Please think it over, we're not beneath bribeing you with a couple of beers and a meal at the Swan either.
Thanks.
