zert fittings

'I've just acquired a nice drag link from John B. Can someone tell me about the zert fittings that go in it? Are then a "press" fit? Wonder if I could possible tap the holes for a standard fitting found at the auto stores??

'All the zerts that I have even put in the drag link have had threads in them. There should be no problem to put threads in that aluminum piece. Back to you
