Ranger Engine Mount Bushings

'All,

The latest and greatest on Re-manufacture of LORD Corp Ranger Engine
mount bushings.

At the present time I am working with the Engneering staff and
marketing offices of LORD Corp. We have 672 firm orders. A major
part (500 units) of that order is for FAA/PMA approved parts with
FAA Form 8130 included. I have located the Ranger drawing that (thank
you Joe Denest) reflects the relationship between Ranger and LORD.
This will be needed for FAA/PMA approval. Drawing has been sent to
LORD as for the PMA approval package. LORD did in fact destroy all
the tooling for the Ranger Mounts in 1970 and will require to re-tool
with minor changes.

If LORD will not accomplish the FAA/PMA approval process then I shall
proceed with the task. In addition to LORD,there is one more company
that has fabricated mounts in the past for Antique Aero and others.
In the process of talking too and locating the tooling from that
company.

So that is where we are.
