Cleaning Oil Cooler

'The E-Continental engine in my 51 Bonanza has an external oil tank/cooler. The Bonanza Society recommended using Ace Hardware's Liquid Paint Stripper(don't remember the part#)to clean it. It is almost all methylene chloride and very effective. Safe for aluminum. Be careful if your tank is painted.I let mine soak for two days, then sloshed it around and dumped it out. Dispose of it when your town has hazardous waste pickup.'
