Web sites to view while waiting for the snow to melt

Post by dcasali »

'Tom Downey's recent post prompted me to go back to his web site and see
how the restoration is going. (Man, this guy starts on a mag repair and
the next thing you know he's got the whole damn cover off....) That
frame looks real pretty, Tom.

See it at: http://www2.whidbey.net/nc19143/index.htm

Russell Williams has a KR 22 under restoration. You can see it (and a
few other classic aircraft) at:

http://www.russellw.com/default.asp

(While you are there, check out the online Warner SS-50 engine manual,
and the Aeromatic Prop field service manual)

Keep warm... (its +7F in Idaho right now, and the snow is just getting
deeper)

'Thanks for the links Dan. Right now, us Yankees are
enjoying some nice Texas air (thanks Richard!). This
weekend it will be back to the doldrums.

The Fairchild 22 website reminded me of something I
heard a while ago about the Warner engine being
produced again. Is this fact or have I been overcome
by the heat?

Mike
