Main Gear Wheel Pants Assembly Drawings

I need any information on attaching wheel pants to a 1934 F24 C8C
Found out that [he "Dulex' 1937 Model was the first production model
produced with Wheel Pants.Got a couple of drawings from Mike Kelly
that helped, but nothing on how they are attached. What it looks
like the inside is clamped to the strut, the outside is attached to the
wheel shaft in some fashon?
