I'm looking for some detailed photos of both inspection stamps and part number stamps from known Fairchild wartime parts. I've got a couple that are Bellanca ones from my AT-21, but I'd like to have a couple of known Fairchild ones to supplement these. My AT was the 2nd one built by Bellanca and I am fairly certain that the Hagarstown facility provided some production parts at that point in time. I plan on having some stamps made to use during the restoration, so I'd like to have the others for comparison before I create the files.
If you have some parts with stamps you can readily photograph, drop me a note and I'll let you know how to set up the photos so that I can get the info I need off of them.
Thanks,'
Craig

Re: Inspection stamp photos wanted
I have an inspection tag from one of my elevators. I will see if it has some stamps on it.

Thanks Randy, anything will help. I need some ink stamps too, from wood or metal parts if you have any.
For photos, high resolution with a scale that has the 100th's markings is the best. I'm going to draw these up in CAD and have correct size and font stamps made for my restoration.

Still looking for for anyone that has any visible wartime inspection stamps that they can photograph. I'm looking for examples of both metal stamps and ink stamps.
