'Does anyone know how many different size wing spars were used on the various Fairchild 24's, UC-61 and C-61's.   I have a copy of an a Structural repair of the c-61 series transport airplanes published by the Army Aircorp as Technical Order no. 01-115ca-3  which gives the dimensions of the front and rear wings spars as  1.5 inches x 7.125 inches x 15 foot 7.0625 inches   and  1.5 inches x 5.375 inches x 16 foot 2.28125 inches respectively.
The original spars that i have are close but measure 1.5 inches x 7 inches  x 15 foot 8 inches and  1.5 inches x 6 inches x 16 foot 4 inches.
