1943 PT-23 for sale

'Thinking about selling my PT-23 N64225....$37,500

Located in Oklahoma City, OK

Just over 200 hrs on engine and prop.

Currently apart for transport and ready to put back together and fly.

Could be flying in a few weeks or less of steady work.


horizontal completely rebuilt by the Denest's

3 extra seats

metal turtle deck to replace the original wooden one (canopy type metal turtle deck)

new 24 volt battery and battery tender (24 volt system, no radio or transponder)

new main tires and tubes

radial engine special tools and intake drain mod from Radial Engines Ltd, Guthrie OK.

airframe and engine manuals

all records from surplus to current owner

new brake pad assemblies and master cylinders rebuilt (plus an extra set of brake pad assemblies on backing plates)

completely rebuilt PT-26 canopy set

tow hook from when it was a glider tug at Mojave

'Hey Steve I don't suppose you'd be interested in trading your PT 23 for a flying and an Ewald 1966 Mooney m20c? Iona pt-26 that we use for a Christian charity in Phoenix to take Veterans for free flights love to get a PT 23 and our group as well, I will stay in touch cuz I'm very interested in it as well if possible could you send me some photos to my email
