PT rear cockpit control lock spring

Post by shergei2001 »

'Does anyone have a rear cockpit control lock spring for a PT?  It's part of the mechanism that enables the control surfaces to be locked from the rear cockpit, p/n 62827.  Just thought I would check before I go have one made.  If anyone else needs one, let me know also.  I'll have more made
Thanks,
Pete Crawford

'I think I figured out how to do it on the cheap. The actual spring I've
seen (courtesy Jim Martin) doesn't look like the drawing, anyways! If
you made it per the drawing I don't think it would work.
