It's time to get a new set of tires, but looking at the brake drums 70 years of wear has resulted in a lot of grooves. Looking for any experience folks have getting their brake drums turned. I have never seen any tolerance specs, only 0.007" to 0.010" clearance with the brake pads. Prior posts talk about taking both the drums and brake unit into a machine shop together to get them matched.
