My first Internet connection (1995) used a 9600 baud modem! It was very annoying when someone sent some huge dumb photo without even shrinking its size. Now we have broadband connections where such a photo file is not such a problem. Time to "upgrade" our list.

Dave, while this is still true to an extent with bandwidth restrictions on Hughesnet etc, the yahoo group photos go to a folder and are downloaded, if wanted, from there. That way they aren't really attached to the e-mail itself....
