'Desser has tires and tubes under new manuf. They are made in Vietnam. The wall is little thinner. Ok for some birds. The Wacos are rolling them off the wheel during ground handling. JST From: Anyone have a PT-19 tailwheel tube for sale? Or know where to get one?

'Thank you David. Sorry I don't have any 10" tubes at the moment.
A couple years ago bought an 8" tail wheel with tube that seemed fairly decent.
