'As many of you know, a long restoration is not without it share of parts that  get misplaced  or "walk away" from the last spot known.
As our UC-61K goes back together after a decade in pieces, more like 15 years but who's counting. We are find...I mean not finding certain parts we were positive we had.
I am looking to see if anyone has the following items for sale or trade.
From the UC-61A Part Catalog AN-01-115CA-4:
Figure 2; items 1 & 2 Wing Lift Shackle front and back 2 of each part numbers 44233-1 & 44233-2Figure 20; item 5 Vertical Stabilizer Clamp, part number 4671Figure 51: item 6 oil Dilution Solenoid part number AC37D-6210 Koehler Aircraft # 1000DFigure 62: Item 1 Ignition Junction Box (for UC-61A/Warner) part number is: 48622 which looks to have 2 leads.  I need a UC-61K / Ranger version with 2 leads part number could be. 411073-1?

'Question?  What does the lifting attachment you are looking for look like?  My Fairchild 24 had a UC-61 & pre-war civilian wing.  I have one front & one rear, heavy duty lifting fixture.  They straddle the wing attachment fittings.Also was going to say, you aren't working too slow,  I have been at it since 1973. or just after the 1973 Pauls Valley Fly-In.  If you look at the photo of NC81340 the is in the CD.   The airplane had 3 ailerons that day.  The third one was duct taped between the steps.  I was a Aeronca K aileron for a chapter project.I found out 40 years later, when I landed that day I had a cracked master rod.Bob

'The 2 pieces that I have are U shaped from flat welded flat stock.  The wing attach bolts fit through the side.  The lifting assembly ties into the 3/4" treaded holes.  The smaller one in height is for the left side front, note the bevel on the top front edge.No cigar this time.Bob

  The 2 pieces that I have are U shaped from flat welded flat stock.  The wing attach bolts fit through the side.  The lifting assembly ties into the 3/4" treaded holes.  The smaller one in height is for the left side front, note the bevel on the top front edge.No cigar this time.Bob

 As many of you know, a long restoration is not without it share of parts that  get misplaced  or "walk away" from the last spot known.
As our UC-61K goes back together after a decade in pieces, more like 15 years but who's counting. We are find...I mean not finding certain parts we were positive we had.
I am looking to see if anyone has the following items for sale or trade.

  The 2 pieces that I have are U shaped from flat welded flat stock.  The wing attach bolts fit through the side.  The lifting assembly ties into the 3/4" treaded holes.  The smaller one in height is for the left side front, note the bevel on the top front edge.No cigar this time.Bob

 As many of you know, a long restoration is not without it share of parts that  get misplaced  or "walk away" from the last spot known.
As our UC-61K goes back together after a decade in pieces, more like 15 years but who's counting. We are find...I mean not finding certain parts we were positive we had.
I am looking to see if anyone has the following items for sale or trade.
