Anybody have a good way of removing what looks like mildew or mold from paint without doing damage?

Little spots, sometimes not so little spots on bottom of wings and various places around airplane. Fabric is ceconite.

'Chlorine Bleach generally works on mildew. I'm no sure of the effect on the fabric. Chlorox makes a spray cleaner with bleach that works well and is easy to use (with gloves).
