 I found this on a web site today.   A company called NICAL Brochure Manuals I went to the search box and entered Fairchild M62. Clicked Aircraft blueprints,Engineering Drawings. Scrolled down to Fairchild F-22. Maybe it is something you can use. It wasn't too pricey for them. I think they are on a DVD.
