Does anyone have a supplier for such a kit, or a supplier for the lining material? So far, a search of the internet has not been very productive, but It could be the searcher. 'Rich, Google 'brake shoe relining shops in ca'. You have shops in California that do bonded and riveted brake shoe and clutch relining for trucks, vintage cars and other vehicles as well as sell the kits and material packages. Hugh

'? Hello Hugh I had already ordered the brake material from McMaster-Carr so will continue along that route. I've done this kind of brake work before, so it won't be a problem, but thank you for the good suggestion. Since you are nearly done with your C8E project, I wonder if you know of anyone that has C8D or C8F firewall forward parts. There are two of us restoring F24H models and most of the parts in that area are identical on our H models. We are looking for cowling parts and air filter boxs. We can make good new parts from borrowed parts, even if they are only good for templates. Keep in touch Rich
