Checking Ranger Engine Mounting Rubbers

'Before buttoning up my Ranger engine installation I was looking at checking whether the rubbers through which the 4 mounting bolts go are in good shape.
Does anyone know of any measurements that I can make, say between the the mount itself and the underside of the lower large washer on each of the 4 mounting pads? I have noticed this measurement varies slightly between all four. If there is a measurement to check this is there a minimum value?
