Landing Light Gear or Landing light needed

Post by buellpowell »

'I am looking for either the large (apx 3 1/8") gear for the original landing light for my 1946 F24R or if someone has a light (working or not as long as the gear is OK ) Also I have an extra rudder in good condition and 2 extra vertical stabilizers to sell or trade if anyone needs them.
Thanks in advance

'My E-Mail is,
nc19143(at)comcast.net

replace (at) with a @ and it will work, because this stupid yahoo page will scrub the address If I try to link you to my address.

this web page return address is wrong, and will not up date to the new address because I am not a Yahoo subscriber, so do not use reply to send me a message.

'Tom
I really appreciate the help--I have the wing finished except for installing the aileron and flap and found that the light has problems. After checking it looks like all it needs is that gear and a good cleaning and lubricating.
Thanks again,
Buell
