'My dad was restoring an F-24 when he passed away in January 2001. My brother and I eventually sold his plane but were left with a few boxes of parts that were tucked into corners all over the house. The plane was to be very similar to the one he had when my brother and I were very young, a 1943 with a Jacobs only this was a '46.
I was going through my old shed and opened a few boxes to see what exactly was in there to possibly list on eBay or craigslist.
Some of the stuff I know what it is, others I don't. There's a pair of old doors he was going to use to either restore or use as a template to make new ones, various control rods, some foot controls, a few gauges, a wing tip, there's a wing spar under my porch, some random pieces of wood (flooring perhaps?), and other things. There have been some mice living in and amongst the boxes.
Over the next few months I'm going to try to go through and photograph some of the stuff. I figured here might be my best bet to get it into the hands of people who could make some use out of it.'

'That's a very good thing you are doing, Anton. Try to sell to this list first. These lads are
knowledgeable and pay fair prices for what they need. And you'll get to sleep well at night
knowing that the parts get into the right hands first as your Father probably would have
preferred. Nice one.
