'Thanks to every one that helped me with the brake system on my PT-19. I
have rebuilt both brake master cyl's and serviced the main wheels and
shocks. I added fluid to the tail wheel shock and planned to repack the
tail wheel bearings. Now for the next question....
I have been unable to remove the VG15 Grease Retainer (Manville 12449 LPD
Grease Seals) from the tail wheel. It looks as though these grease seals
need to be removed prior to being able to get the bearings out to clean and
repack them.
Any suggestions on the removal would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jack

'Jacfk, I'm out of town until next week,
This said, I'll have to get back and check one of my tw assemblies. Can't remember the system set-up. Getting to be more of the "I can't remember" occurrances. If you haven't resolved the problem before then, I'll see what I can do to help.

Re: PT-19 Tail Wheel
'Thanks, Bob. They look pretty easy to damage while trying to press them
out. I have ordered a ten pack of them, so if anyone needs some, let me
know. That was a min order.
