Ranger engine expert and/or rebuild info

'I have had an interesting string of events with a 440 and am now
considering a total rebuild. Who is the person you recommend as an
expert on this engine so I can decide which path to go down.

'I believe Joe has retired. I don't know if his son, Mike, is doing Rangers
or not. If not, Al Ball is the only man I'd trust with mine.
