short field technique / numbers with obstructions?

'Can anyone give me the best obstructed short field takeoff technique
and numbers ( speeds and distances ) for a F24W ( 185 hp ) with flaps??

If you have the information for a fixed pitch ( cruise ) prop and then
the numbers for the aeromatic, I'd appreciate it. Static rpm before
brake release would be helpful too. thanks.'
