Airspeed indicators....

Post by OldOOwl@aol.com »

'I have just noticed that the airspeed indicator in my 1937 Fairchild 24G
goes up to 300 MPH! That's a bit optimistic...it was probably grabbed off a
shelf back during the war.
What AS ind. should I have for my F24??
Thanks!

The Kollsman ASI in my 1946 is marked 0 - 220 MPH, first tick is at
40 MPH and 5 MPH thereafter, numerals every 30 MPH from 50 to 200.
