F24 airspeeds

Post by Dick & Shelia Russell »

'A lot depends upon the accuracy of these old F24 gauges, installation,
rigging, placement, etc., of the pitot static system, etc. I use about 100
mph in the pattern and 80 for an approach speed - descend at 500-700 fpm and
all is well-! If it feels good, continue to do it unless you sense you are
falling from the sky-!

Above all; do NOT let your airspeed, ideas and altitude ALL diminish at the
same instant-!

fly safe
