'Anybody have any experience with the Jasco alternator/voltage
regulator? Mine stopped working and is low time since
installation in 2000. My mechanic wants to play the "replace parts
until problem fixed" game. I'd prefer to isolate problem and fix or
rebuild, if possible. Any help would be appreciated as I sure would
like to get this fixed before flying to Sun-n-Fun. Thanks. - gary'

How could I forget COOLING. They also have problems if they dont
get enought air for cooling. I am sure I am forgetting somthing but
its still early for me.

makes the front cockpit compass useless while the alternator is running.
