Ranger Prop Nut

Post by stroudjj »

'Does anyone have a ranger prop nut that they would like to sell?

Also does anyone know of TSO numbers of the fairchild manuals. The FAA
is draging its feet over my engine change from Warner to a Ranger. I
can't seem to make them understand that the airplane is the same and
since I used Fairchild parts this should have to go the engineering.

Any insight? Besides patience.

'Thomas, Happy New Year. Depends on the prop and/or hub. I had to use a Warner nut with integral cone for my Aeromatic. Sensenich nut/cone combo is another setup again... Bill C. To: fairchildclub@yahoogroups.com

'Hello all,
I added a couple of photos to: Jim's Parts in the photo albums.
They are prop hub nuts.
The first photo AN5011 is a AN5011-20. That is the #20 Spline Prop Nut. The second nut is #20 Spline but I have no idea what that fits, nor what that part number is. Anybody have any ideas? Maybe it fits a Jacobs engine? Thanks in advance,
