'Hey group,
Anyone got any suggestions for a replacement parking brake mechanism.
I've tried for
days to get the parking brake to work on 24R46. The ratchets just
won't hold the pressure required to
keep the airplane from moving. It's the old aluminum T-handle type,
with a center button. Just won't hold
the pressure applied through the toe brakes. Anybody..

Re: Parking brake replacement
'Tom,
I never use it, esp on Hayes brakes. Don't ever leave it on over time,
you will not be going flying any time soon. Most likely get an
overheated brake and blown tire.
