'There have been multiple 7.50 x 10 Cleveland wheel and brake kits available on ebay
for months now at $850. I asked the list about their suitability but had no takers.

Re: Brake upgrades F24
'If you're talking about the Agcat kit, it don't fit. A thousand other
people would have bought it by now. IF it is an Agcat kit, it has
same diameter inner and outer bearings and a 2 piston caliper, and a
torque plate that fits nothing. This is what is on a Cessna 188,
Pawnee and almost the same as Waco Classic uses. Now you could
machine your own axles, hammer out some torque plates (now this
sounds worse than expander tubes!).....or buy a 310 kit for $1600+.
Of course, one could learn the finer points of expander tube brake
maintenance and save some weight and money.

Re: Brake upgrades F24
'Thanks for the clarification. You're right, they fit the Agcat, 188, etc.
I guess I'm just to damn close to the homebuilding scene for my own good.
Axles are easy to make up and changing / adapting a torque plate isn't that
tricky. Like anything else..just time and money.
If anyone needs some expander brake parts, please let me know. I've got
some new tubes, pads etc. Thanks.
