'Ranger gurus:

Can someone suggest a source for Ranger exhaust gaskets? Are they
common to a production engine (i.e.: Lycoming or Continental)? I am
looking for the gaskets between the exhaust flange and the "exhaust
adapter", Fairchild part #6569.

The exhaust manifold nuts on my plane dont have the locknuts shown in
the engine manual. Is this typical?

Try Fresno Airparts for the gaskets. (559) 237-4863.
you should have lock nuts on the exhausts. or a least a nut made just for
that purpose. I will check my spares and see what I have,
