Warner 145 part for Ignition Radio Shielding

Post by Mike Still »

'I am in need of an Air Associates part for their engine ignition
radio shielding system on a 24w40 with a Warner 145. The part is
the bottom cup that fits against the head and the sparkplug goes
through into the cylinder. I have the top halve, but am short one
bottom.

Please let me know if you might have the part or know of a possible
source.

Thanks, Mike Still, Chandler, Arizona'

'Dear Mike: Unfortunately I do not have the part you are looking for. But, I
do have a question. I have a Fairchild C8C with a Warner l45 and want to
shield the ignition. I have tried several different radios and have not luck as
it is currently set up. I would greatly appreciate any information or advise
you may have on shielding the ignition or even on someone who might do that
for me.
Thanks, Sharon Biloff

I would contact Steve Curry at radial engines inc Guthre OK. He made
a beautiful Ignition harness for me.'

'Thank you, I will do that and since I am in Amarillo, TX, that is pretty
close.
