Mark,

You are going to have a hard time. I eventually found two that
involved begging and calling in a lot of favors and that took over
two years! They are very thin on the ground. Do you need three ring
or four?

I even started looking into having them made.

I have one contact that might help and I will get in touch with him
but it is a very slim long shot.
