I found your post for about this spanner and wanted to confirm that it
is the correct tool for the F24 main oleo gland nuts. The wrench is a
Proto C483 adjustable face pin spanner and is available from various
sources; I wound up getting it from ProTools
[]http://www.protoolsdirect.com/product.asp?sku=24187]. I did have to
relieve the inside corners of the tool 1/8" with a grinder to get
adequate clearance around the piston because the holes in the nut are
closer to the inside edge than is typical. Snap On sells a similar
tool for about twice the price (of course).
