Fairchild 24 C8E 1936 pilot notes

Post by b guest »

'Does anyone have an original or a copy of the 1936 pilot notes for the
1936 model if in fact there ever was one printed. Would be very
greatfull for anyone's help. To any other C8E owners out there our
restoration back to original is nearing completion and we have a wealth
of information to share if we can help out. Thanks Bruce

'Hi Bruce
I am restoring a 1943 UC-61K (F24) with the ranger,
please send a picture of the oil tank. I have 2
different styles, and wish to know which is correct.

'Jim, thanks for the response to my e-mail. I'll dig out a picture of the nose
of our C8E and you can see the position and the style of ours. Now send me
back your mailing address as I've misplaced it. Bruce
