'John, I am the guy that bought the PT-26, in Nebraska from you. A
friend and I are planning to come down to New Braunfels, to the S W
Regional Fly In on Fri and Sat. Would like to make contact with you and
see what you have and are doing. Are you planing to go to the fly in?

PT parts

Post by Steve Link »

'Well, I did it..I bought a PT-23. I thought I'd put out the feelers to see
if anyone had any leads on various parts for the PT-19/23/26.. I've
contacted several individuals off-line but thought I'd hit up the group.

I would like to add a metal turtle deck behind the canopies. Mine has the
wooden Duramold pieces that are in need of extensive restoration. I'm an old
sheet metal guy and would prefer to put the effort into the metal type.

Maybe a PT-26 canopy?

'Try Ed Nagle at Solberg Airport, Readington, NJ (N51) He has a bunch of
Fairchild parts. Try and get part number for whatever you need ahead of
time for him to locate it. (908) 295-1229
