'Not sure what the deal is, but I can't see the pictures either, so I am a little confused too - is this just the rubber insert, or the entire mount assembly? If it is the rubber portion, how is it installed in the housing. Either way, I am definitely interested in at least four (4) of these. Any idea what the shelf life would be for them?
Thanks John, this is awesome news.

'You warm the arm that holds the mount and they will drop out and the new ones are installed the same way no pressing is needed , well maybe a light tap is used
